The provider undertakes to perform the services with the professional diligence specific to the legal field, respecting the confidentiality of information received from the client.
The client is obliged to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the execution of the assistance contract. Any omission or inaccuracy may affect the quality of the services and may incur the client's liability.
All data and documents transmitted within the contractual relationship are treated as confidential information, except in cases where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority.

The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these terms, in order to align with legislative changes or the evolution of the services offered.
Users will be informed of changes by publishing the new version on this page, at least 15 days before they come into effect. Continued use of the services after this date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
